Weekly service from March through October, this service is the same price each week weather we need to double cut (mowing an area twice to mulch clippings) the whole lawn or just clean up debris and blow off paved surfaces, decks and patios. We will pick up reasonable debris (litter, toys or sticks smaller than 2inch in diameter, does not include major storm damage nor toilet papering). We mow lawn areas with sharp blades, Trim around obstacles and fences, Edge curbs, driveway and walkways and we will blow off mowing debris and other debris off all paved surfaces, decks and patios

Our lawn care program consists of 8 treatments done 4 to 6 weeks apart depending on season. Our treatments include fertilizer or lime depending on weather conditions to promote good growth. Our weed control includes granular pre emergent’s in late winter and spring to prevent as much grassy weeds as possible. We use liquid herbicides to treat broadleaf weeds during each treatment when weather conditions permit. We also use liquid herbicides to treat grassy weeds and the dreaded nutsedge during the summer treatments.

In late summer or early fall we use core aerater machines and steal rakes to break the compacted soil surface to prepare soil for seeding and allow existing grass roots to grow and expand. We then seed with a transition blend of fescue to fill in bare areas. We rarely use straw because it brings in weed seed which will grow well in these prepared soils. Other weed seeds will also grow well at this time therefore with our lawn care program we treat for these weeds a few weeks after the new grass germinates and starts to grow.

3 or 4 times during November, December and January we will remove leaves from lawn areas by raking, blowing, mulching or vacuuming or any combination of. We will haul off debris when there is not a place on site to leave leaf debris for natural mulch like wooded areas. Our landscape maintenance services will remove leaves is landscape beds.

Sometimes lawns get destroyed by drought, disease or improper maintenance and the lawn needs to get a fresh start with topsoil and heavy seeding or sod.
